Craig, you’re really doing some wonderful new things with your pictures! These are lovely. p.s. do you know who the old bearded man is who brings his own chair and sits under those trees all summer? I’ve seen him already.
Since you asked…my favorite is the first one for the purple in the background echoing the purple in the emerging shoots. However, I find the out-of-focus woodruff really distracting. Can you perhaps reshoot and tamp it down so it’s not so in the frame?
I like the one you chose in the end the best.
