That alone should qualify him to be a U.S. Senator. I’d be willing to guess he’s the only U.S. representative that can draw each state by memory.
OH, I loved this! When I was in 8th grade, my teacher would have me draw the map of the U.S. on the board and I could pretty much do it just like Franken demonstrated. Ask me to do it now and I would have a very hard time.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Anyone who has followed Franken’s comedic career seguing into a radio talk show host/politician would be blind not to see his intelligence, curiosity, his ability to creatge brilliant comedic characters plus a slew of other fantastic qualities.
