This time of year, the sun slips in under the spruce near sunset. It’s a great time to be outside with a camera. I liked the image I got of cleomes and eucomis a few days ago. But this light makes all the difference.
I actually spent about half an hour sitting on the patio reading a magazine. (Nan: Recognized your garden without even reading the cover captions. Congrats.) Couldn’t resist shooting and stitching together a panorama, complete with doggie company.
Might have gotten this seed through NARGS seed exchange. Amazed at the range of colors so far as they start to flower.
After three years, the pineapple lilies are finally flowering. Blackswamp Kim can relate.
