It is just so sad that folks can be so mean to one another. I’m fairly outraged by her neighbors behavior and the cops too. I know the parks dept will find her a place to help out but why didn’t they do that in the first place?
As we know clipping vegetation just slows growth briefly. Mother Nature has a way of taking right over again.
