April bloom day is always one of my favorites. I can concentrate all the little gems from around an otherwise pretty bleak (though greening-up quickly) landscape onto the scanner bed. Only thing better is getting down on my belly to shoot these gems in situ.

Lovely arrangement and happy April colors! You sure have a lot of cool blooms overlapping, too. Our crocus, snowdrops, and mini irises have all gone by, but there are hellebores for the first time! That double of yours is a special one. And now, April showers?
